version 2 release

Finally version 2 is out!

Changes:
- Updated to newest Miranda Version
- Some Skin Changes and new Icons for sleeker look
- Cleaner Conversation Style
- Lots of Icon editing
- changed to Facebook Protocol RM Client
- changed OTR to MiOTR (less buggy)
- some minor Changes
- added autoupdater for plug-ins that for example the Facebook plugin will stay updated to fix future connection issues

Hi,
I'm working on an update, feel free to ask if you have any wishes or ideas for the new version!
e.g. who really needs the facebook plugin, is there anyone?
And It will be still minimal as familiar :)
